Welcome To The City!!

As soon as houses were being built people stared to disappear. Until ten people where missing. There bodies have never been found. The Council of all magical creatures blamed the werewolves and vampires. They all say they are innocent but some one had to do it, if that person doesn't step up then all will die. The humans have no idea about the Vampires or Werewolves. Some have found out pieces of them from falling in love with the creatures. Are the humans to blame for the disappearance or is the answer outside the city all together?
