Human Character Form

Appearance, Personality, History, and Roleplay Example must all be written in complete sentences, in paragraph format.

Name: Explanatory.
Gender: Explanatory.
Age: Explanatory.
Picture: Optional.
Appearance: Your character's physical appearance, regardless of whether an image has been provided or not. It must be at least 4 sentences.
Personality: Your character's attitude, likes and dislikes, etc. It must be at least 5 sentences.
History: Your character's past. It must be at least 5 sentences.
Roleplay Example: First characters are required -- after your first character has been accepted, the rest of your characters no longer need this. Although it is to be at least one paragraph (5 sentences or more), I'm expecting that the rest of the form is filled with great, descriptive sentences.
Other: Any other details that don't fit into the other categories.
